Allison Dahl is a senior project manager in the Research to Action Lab at the Urban Institute, where she provides financial management and operations support throughout the project life cycle. 

Before joining Urban, Dahl worked at World Education, where she oversaw finance, operations, and grant management for projects in Southeast Asia and Nepal. Previously, she was a Peace Corps Response volunteer in El Salvador and a youth development Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador.

Dahl holds a BA in sociology from the University of Chicago and an EdM in international education policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
