Ashlin Oglesby-Neal is a senior research associate in the Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute. She is an analyst on several projects relating to risk assessment, juvenile justice, and reentry. Her work includes multisite data collection and management, quantitative data analysis, and data visualization. Oglesby-Neal graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in political science and criminology and an MS in criminology. Her research there focused on the intersection of crime, neighborhood collective efficacy, and public schools in Philadelphia.
