Jean Clayton Seraphin is a web programmer, Django/Python, in the Office of Technology and Data Science at the Urban Institute. He is an experienced web developer with more than seven years of experience in object-oriented, user-centered design for user-friendly websites. He is skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React JS, Python, and Django, and has knowledge of web and mail servers such as Heroku and Amazon Web Services.

Seraphin holds a BS in computer system engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago, Dominican Republic, and a CompTIA Security+ certification.
