Mitchell Rybak is a project manager in the Center on Education Data and Policy at the Urban Institute. He supports operations and assists with project management in collaboration with researchers on K–12 and higher education issues.

Before joining Urban, Rybak was a graduate studies coordinator at the University of Rochester in New York. He also served as a legislative aide for the New York State senate. Rybak received a BA in political science from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
