Research Analyst

Oluwasekemi “Kemi” Odumosu is a research analyst at WorkRise, a research-to-action initiative hosted by the Urban Institute. Her research focuses on equity and mobility for low-wage workers in the US labor market, with a particular interest in urban infrastructure, public policy, and legal systems. She is a primary contributor to Working Knowledge in the areas of employer practices and social determinants of work.

Before joining Urban, Odumosu interned at the Brookings Institution. She holds an MS in public policy and management–data analytics from Carnegie Mellon University.
